Woolgars (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides bespoke curtains and blinds, including consultation, design, made-to-measure manufacture, supply and fitting services.
These terms apply when you visit our showroom, contact us, request a quotation, place an order, or use our website.
Consultations may take place in our Richmond showroom, in your home, or by arrangement. Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or via our online booking tool.
Appointment times are indicative. While we always aim to run on schedule, some flexibility may be required.
All quotations are provided based on information available at the time, including measurements, fabric selection, finishes, and installation requirements.
All curtains and blinds supplied by Woolgars are made to measure. This means they are produced specifically to your specifications and measurements.
For this reason, bespoke items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where goods are faulty or not supplied as agreed.
Where Woolgars takes measurements, we are responsible for their accuracy. If measurements are provided by you or a third party, responsibility for their accuracy remains with you.
We strongly recommend professional measurement for all made-to-measure orders.
Orders are confirmed once you accept a quotation and any required deposit is paid.
Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but may vary due to supplier availability, manufacturing schedules, or unforeseen delays.
We will keep you informed if delays arise.
Where installation is included, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.
Any additional work required due to restricted access, unforeseen site conditions, or changes requested on the day may result in additional charges.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Once production of bespoke items has begun, cancellations may not be possible or may incur costs reflecting work already carried out.
We provide guidance on the care and maintenance of fabrics and products. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered by any warranty.

Subject to the above, Woolgars’ liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.
Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies can be found on our Cookies page.
